DREXEL HILL, Pa. (AP) -- A former armored truck company employee is charged with stealing two bags of cash worth $110,000.
Federal prosecutors on Tuesday said 35-year-old Tanika Victoria Little of Philadelphia is charged with two counts of bank embezzlement and one count of tax evasion.
Authorities said Little worked as a messenger for Brink's Inc., which delivers cash to banks and other businesses.
Prosecutors said twice in early 2011, Little came into possession of two incorrectly-routed bags of cash totaling about $110,000 in $20 bills.
Instead of delivering the cash to the Bank of America's Drexel Hill branch, its intended destination, Little is accused of making deposits into her personal bank account.
