YORK, Pa. (AP) -- A doctor in central Pennsylvania is facing charges stemming from the case of a man found dead in his car last month. Police said 48-year-old Dr. John Yelcick of Manheim Township drove the body of an acquaintance from the doctor's Lancaster County home to a York County parking lot. Investigators contend 43-year-old David Sellers died on Sept. 13 at Yelcick's home. Seller's body was found in his own car four days later. The York County coroner says the body showed no signs of foul play. Toxicology test results are pending. Yelcick was charged Friday with abuse of a corpse and evidence tampering. He is a pathologist and the chairman of Lancaster General Hospital's pathology department. He did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
