LLEWELLYN (AP) -- A worker at a municipal water treatment facility in eastern Pennsylvania has been charged with urinating in a filtration unit at the plant.
Fifty-two-year-old Paul Herb of Mar Lin was charged Monday with institutional vandalism, criminal mischief and tampering with a public water system.
State police say Herb was working at the Indian Run water treatment plant outside Pottsville on April 20 when a supervisor saw him urinating in a filtration unit.
The plant supplies drinking water to parts of Pottsville and nearby communities. It's owned by the Schuylkill County Municipal Authority.
A message left at a phone number for Herb wasn't immediately returned.
