ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — Family members of a 5-year-old girl viciously attacked while she waited for a school bus in St. Paul says they plan to move from the neighborhood because it's too frightening for the girl to stay in the area.

The girl was waiting alone for the bus Monday morning and when the driver pulled up he saw the bloodied girl behind a tree. The driver called 911 as the crying girl ran to the bus. Police say the girl apparently had a broken nose and might have been sexually assaulted.

The girl's mother tells the St. Paul Pioneer Press (http://bit.ly/1WaiRqH ) the family is appreciative of the outpouring of support from strangers. The mother is pleading for anyone with information to come forward. She says they are currently living elsewhere as they look for a new home.
