Scott David Navara, Freeland, is taken into a district judge's office by Bloomsburg Matt Golla Wednesday morning to be arraigned on burglary charges. Navara is accused of breaking into the Wesley United Methodist Church on Market Street in Bloomsburg early Wednesday morning.
