BLOOMSBURG -- A woman reported being forced to the ground and touched inappropriately by two males in costume last week in an upper campus parking lot at Bloomsburg University, university police say. A woman was in the Blue Lot, where resident undergraduate students park their cars near the Kozloff Apartments, around 9 p.m. Oct. 29 when the assault occurred, according to a warning issued by BU. She reported it to police today. There was no word on what type of costumes the men were wearing. In its warning, the school tells students to travel in groups and keep a cell phone available. They also recommend carrying a whistle, which the student could use as a first step to attract help, with a cell-phone call being the follow-up step.
