Fire burns home where repeated false alarms had allegedly been reported

Reliance Fire Co./Special to the Press Enterprise Fire gutted the second floor of this house at 136 Foundryville Road early Tuesday morning. Firefighters say two family dogs died, but no people were injured. A resident of the home is accused of repeatedly calling in false alarms this year.
