UPDATE: As of 9:30 p.m., Berwick police say that Pablo Williams is in custody. We'll have more in Tuesday's Press Enterprise. ***************************************** Police are looking for Pablo Williams, a man who has been living in the Berwick area in recent years. Williams was arrested Sunday night on a warrant out of District Judge Richard Knecht's office for failing to appear for a court hearing. But a preliminary check when he was brought to the jail turned up no other warrants, officials say. After he appeared before President Judge Thomas A. James Jr. Monday, he was fingerprinted and released, officials say. But when his fingerprints were entered into a national system, a warrant for failing to register as a sex offender appeared out of New Jersey. Now police are looking for him once more. We'll have a full story on the search for Williams in Tuesday's paper.
