BERWICK — A robber pulled a gun on a KB Dollar worker on the way out of the store Sunday night, escaping with a bag of money, police say.

It happened at 9:51 p.m., said Police Chief Kenneth Strish.

The robber, a white man wearing jeans and a dark hooded sweat shirt fled north on Euclid Avenue.

A department detective was following up leads Monday morning, Strish said.

Police asked anyone who might have seen anything to report it by calling county dispatchers at 570-784-6300. They can also make a report online by going to berwick.borough.org, clicking on the police department link and clicking on the “Submit a tip” link in the banner. Tipsters may remain anonymous.
