Police seek two in drug case

UPDATE: Officers say Zachary Parker is in police custody.

BERWICK — Police arrested one man on drug charges after a raid on North Mulberry Street Thursday, but said they were still looking for two others.

The Borough of Berwick Police Department has arrest warrants for Damon Magnuson, 20, of Berwick, and Zachary Parker, 18, also of Berwick.

Both have been charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and two counts of Conspiracy to commit Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance.

Both Magnuson and Parker are considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on their whereabouts can reach the Berwick Police Department by calling Columbia County Communications at 570-784-6300.
