Search for missing boy, 6, underway in Espy

ESPY - Police and search crews are looking for a missing boy in the 2900 block of Old Berwick Road, officials say.

The Scott Township Police received a report of a missing child, a 6-year-old Asian boy with autism, at 9:25 a.m., said Sgt. Eli Middaugh.

The boy went missing near the area of Old Berwick Road between Tenny Street and Edgar Avenue. Emergency crews have set up a command post on Riverview Avenue, and police and volunteers are searching along the river bank and using the Montour County Drone Team along with other emergency responders to search as wid an area of possible

If anyone sees the boy, police are asking them to immediately call 9-1-1.
