• Luzerne County Community College - College opens at 10:15 a.m.. Final exams begin at 10:15 a.m.
• Millville - Two-Hour Delay
• Mount Carmel - Two-Hour Delay
• North Schuylkill - Two-Hour Delay
• Northwest -  Two-Hour Delay, including Pre-K
• Southern Columbia - Two-Hour Delay
• Sullivan County - Two-Hour Delay
