BLOOMSBURG -- A vandal has been spray-painting the word "Gnome" on multiple buildings downtown over the past year, said Ptlm. Matt Golla. And police think he may have finally done it in view of a video camera. Earlier this month, on Sept. 6, a surveillance camera spotted a man casually walk up to a building in the 100 block of West Ridge Avenue after midnight and spray paint it. The police posted the video earlier today.
They ask anyone who knows the man in the video to call 570-784-4155, ext. 164.
