PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, April 28, 2025, the Board of School Directors of the Millville Area School District, Columbia County, Pennsylvania (the School District) adopted a Resolution which, among other things, authorized the incurring of non-electoral debt in the principal amount of $1,555,000 through the issuance of its General Obligation Note, Series of 2025 (the Note) and awarded the Note to First Keystone Community Bank (the Purchaser). A summary of the Resolution was advertised on April 21, 2025, and the proposed text has been available for examination at the office of the undersigned.
