BLOOMSBURG — A couple who said they did not want a tree in front of their home saw it planted Wednesday, despite road markings made by the town that indicated a town board’s October decision had been reversed.
Eugene and Wilma Steinruck told the Shade Tree Commission they did not want the responsibility of a tree in October.
