Admonitory McGaw calls Town tax hike 'historic'
BLOOMSBURG — Town Council approved a 17% tax increase for next year, but decided to wait until January — when three new members are seated — to decide if it should continue to livestream public meetings on Zoom or move to another platform.
Since the 2020 pandemic, the town has streamed its meetings in real time with the public able to listen and comment on town business.
