BLOOMSBURG — The town council voted Wednesday to pay the contractor who built the pickleball courts $94,000 — a portion of the more than $320,000 contract it awarded earlier this year.
Since the eight-court complex was built over the summer — and painted in September — it has remained closed due to problems that literally rose to the surface.
