<p>BLOOMSBURG — A Bloomsburg man has pleaded guilty to heroin dealing, driving drunk and an assortment of other crimes.</p>
<p>Here is the text of the new “Meeting Procedures” policy adopted by Mahoning Township supervisors Monday:</p>
