Local funeral director critically injured in motorcycle crash
GREENWOOD TWP. -- A funeral director riding a motorcycle was badly injured Wednesday when a car pulled into his path near Millville, authorities said.Theodore R. Bunnell II, 33, Orangeville, was in critical condition at Geisinger Medical Center last night, a nursing supervisor said.
The other driver, Landis M. Watts, 21, Millville, was not hurt.
State Police continue to investigate, but they say traffic charges are pending against Watts.
The Bunnell family runs funeral homes in Bloomsburg and Millville.
4 local men charged in major steroid ring — including a probation officer
HARRISBURG - Four local men have been charged in an intercontinental steroid ring, including a county probation officer and his brother, who was pulling down an average profit of $16,000 a week selling the drugs, the state attorney general says.
