DANVILLE -- After six months of waiting, Carey Lutz's family and friends finally know how much money she won on ABC's "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" Lutz walked away after six questions with $9,050 -- enough to pay down some debt and take a nice trip to New York City, she said. About 50 people attended the viewing party at Washies Fire Company to watch Lutz take the stage with Meredith Viera for the daytime game show. When Lutz, who was the second contestant, appeared on screen, applause and cheers broke out in the room.

Police say woman lied about abduction in 911 call from trunk

LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) -- Police in central Pennsylvania say a woman lied when she called 911 from inside a car trunk to say she had been abducted by two men. Lancaster City Police said Thursday they were charging 33-year-old Marie Collazo of New Holland with making a false report to law enforcement and false alarms to agencies of public safety. Police say electronic and video records contradict Collazo's account of being abducted from a city parking lot on Tuesday and driven to a park, then assaulted and locked in the trunk.
