The Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce 72nd Annual Membership Meeting and Awards were held Thursday evening at Rolling Pines Golf Course & Banquet Facility and Bette Grey, right, clinic director and founder of the Columbia County Volunteers in Medicine received the Outstanding Citizen award from presenter Steve Phillips of the Berwick Industrial Development Association.
