Jahrell Harper, Bloomsburg, spent Wednesday morning with his daughters Lilyanna and Aleigha Harper fishing in Fishing Creek near the Rupert Covered Bridge. Lack of rain has lowered the water level, exposing a large section of rocks that allow fishermen to get out to the center of the creek.
