Owner Jacci Blackburn, on Thursday, works in the yard of the house on Ruhmels Lane in Berwick where she recently had her sister Kathleen Sowa and guests evicted. Blackburn said that her sister’s guests were disassembling the chain-link fence to sell for scrap.
