Here's a look at the stories that are keeping our reporters busy Tuesday: * A Berwick arson suspect takes the stand in her defense. She admits a lie, but still claims innocence. See what we have so far. * A driver suspected of DUI runs away from from an accident, collapses a fence in his attempted escape, and then punches a police officer, according to charges. Courts reporter Leon Bogdan has more. * A dispute with a former teacher cost taxpayers in one school district $9,000 in legal fees in addition to the $75,000 they paid her to leave. Mike Lester has the full story. * Plus, a local business is buying free bagels and coffee for the first 300 to arrive Friday morning. Reporter Kristin Baver will tell you the story on where and why. Look for these stories and more in Wednesday's edition of the Press Enterprise.
