Although permission is frequently granted, Press Enterprise Inc. reserves the right to refuse reprint requests for any or no reason.  Press Enterprise Inc. can not give permission to reproduce syndicated comics, columns or wire service articles/photographs as we do not own these rights.

  • Permission to reproduce is for one-time use only.  A separate Reprint Request Form must be completed and a new fee paid for any additional uses not specified in this application form.

  • Articles and editorials must be republished in their entirety.  Photographs may not be altered without our written permission. The reselling of our materials is strictly prohibited.
     
  • Applicant agrees that its use of Press Enterprise, Inc.’s materials will not violate any federal, state, or local laws and applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Press Enterprise Inc.  from any and all losses, costs, damages and expenses (including court costs and reasonable attorney fees) incurred from any claim, demand, actions, or proceedings arising from the use of Press Enterprise materials,  including without limitation allegations that such use violates privacy or personal rights.
