The Columbia County Courthouse Annex building on Main Street in Bloomsburg is closed today for emergency electrical repairs.

Water infiltrated the building’s main electrical breaker after invading an underground power line, according to county officials. Officials discovered the damage this morning.

Election petitions will be temporarily accepted today at the second-floor, First Street entrance to the county 9-1-1 building.
