There are three major races area voters are weighing in on today:
• Republican Dan Meuser and Democrat Denny Wolff are facing off for an open seat in the U.S. House of Representatives;
• Republican incumbent Kurt Masser and Democratic challenger Sarah Donnelly each want to represent the 107th district, which covers Montour County, some of southern Columbia County and large swaths of Northumberland;
• Republican incumbent David Millard, North Centre Township, is trying to fend off Democratic challenger Eddie Sanders for the 109th district seat, which stretches over the northern half of Columbia County, along with Beaver and Roaring Creek townships.
We'll post unofficial results as they come in all three races once the polls close at 8 p.m., along with Associated Press coverage of the national battle for Congress.
