INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by Anthony Township of Montour County, PA, at 1361 White Hall Road, Turbotville PA 17772-9104 until 7:00 PM, on April 29, 2025, to be opened on April 29, 2025, at 7:15 PM at the Anthony Township Municipal Building for the following Contract: Seal Coat Contract Furnish and place approximately 75,869 SY Asphalt Seal Coat. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
