PUBLIC NOTICE The Black Creek Township Supervisors will hold a public hearing on May 8, 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Black Creek Township Municipal Building, 1980 Tomhicken Rd. Bloomsburg, PA 17815. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider public comment on the new zoning ordinance. The new zoning ordinance will replace the 2013 zoning ordinance, which will include the following articles: ARTICLE 1: GENERAL PROVISIONS ARTICLE 2: DEFINITIONS ARTICLE 3: ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS AND DISTRICT REGULATIONS ARTICLE 4: GENERAL REGULATIONS ARTICLE 5: NONCONFORMING, LOTS, STRUCTURES AND USES ARTICLE 6: SIGN REGULATIONS ARTICLE 7: PARKING AND LOADING ARTICLE 8: SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS ARTICLE 9: ADMINISTRATION ARTICLE 10: AMENDMENTS ARTICLE 11: ZONING HEARING BOARD AND GOVERNING BODY A copy of the full text of the proposed zoning ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Press Enterprise; the Luzerne County Law Library, 200 N. River Street, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711; and Black Creek Township, 1980 Tomhicken Rd. Bloomsburg, PA 17815 . Black Creek Township intends to adopt the new zoning ordinance at a regular meeting immediately following the close of the public hearing.
