INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by: Marion Heights Borough of Northumberland County, PA, at 224 North Street, PO Box 398, Marion Heights, PA 17832 until 2:00 PM, on May 12, 2025, and opened at 7:00 PM, May 13, 2025, at the Marion Heights Borough Building, 224 North St, Marion Heights, PA 17832, for the following Contract: Contract: To Furnish and place approximately; 129 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course; 386 Ton Asphalt Binder Course; 1,427 SY Geotextile; 428 Ton A Subbase; 4 Ea Inlet; 300 LF 12 PE Pipe; 24SY Trench Asphalt Restoration and perform 477 CY Excavation and 1 Set Grade Adjustment Inlet. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid on the project. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Marion Heights Borough. Marion Heights Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
