INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by Montour Township of Columbia County, PA at 296 Jackson Street, Bloomsburg, PA 17815 until 3:00 PM on May 8, 2025, to be opened on May 8, 2025 at 6:30 PM at Montour Township Municipal Building for the following: Paving Contract: Furnish and place approximately 176 Tons of 9.5mm Asphalt Wearing Course, approx. 10 ton of 25mm Asphalt Base Course, and approx. 23 ton of 2A Aggregate. Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place approx. 16,712 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Please indicate on the envelope which project you are bidding on.
