INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by: Catawissa Borough of Columbia County, Pa., at 307 Main Street, Catawissa, PA 17820 until 4:00 PM, on May 5, 2025 to be opened on May 5, 2025 at 4:30 PM at 307 Main Street, Catawissa, PA 17820. For the following: Paving Project Contract: Perform approximately: 1,972 SY of asphalt milling, and furnish and place approx. 240 Ton of 9.5mm Asphalt Wearing Course. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
