INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by Briar Creek Township of Columbia County, PA., at 150 Municipal Rd., Berwick, PA 18603 until 1:00 p.m., on May 5, 2025 to be opened on May 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Briar Creek Township Municipal Building for the following contract: Seal Coat Project: Accepting bids for approx. 35,474 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
