INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by Catawissa Township of Columbia County, Pa., at 153 Old Reading Road, Catawissa, PA 17820 until 10:00 AM, on May 13, 2025 to be opened on May 13, 2025 at 12:00 PM at 153 Old Reading Road, Catawissa, PA 1782 for the following: Seal Coat Proposal Accepting bids for: approx. 10,970 SY of Prime Coat, approx. 10,970 SY of Asphalt Surface Treatment, approx. 10,970 SY of Asphalt Fog Seal, and approx. 6,634 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
