INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by: West Hemlock Twp. of Montour County, PA at 569 Columbia Hill Rd. Danville, PA 17821 until 5:00 PM, on May 12, 2025, to be opened on May 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM West Hemlock Township Municipal Building For the following Contract: Pave Contract: Furnish and place approximately 432 Ton of Asphalt Wearing Course; 192 Ton Asphalt Binder Course; 54 Ton Asphalt Base Repair; 320 Ton 2A Subbase; 600 LF Under Drain and 200 Gal Asphalt Joint and Crack Seal. Perform 223 CY Excavation. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid on the project. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
